As a contemporary modern dance theater company, Dias Dance Life emphasizes technical and artistic expression in choreographies that are both physically and emotionally challenging. Dias Dance Life enriches the audience and its dancers by performing provocative, interesting movements and inspirational themes.

Tsahai Dias, an accomplished dancer, choreographer, and Master Instructor for Alvin Ailey, founded Dias Dance Life in the spring of 2010 with a passion for humanitarian pursuits. She believes that dance belongs to all people and that every body can dance. Dias Dance Life is committed to raising awareness through education and advocacy of cultural, political, and social issues through the art of dance.
